2. Try everything on the free plan

We offer a free forever plan that includes all product features with fair usage limits and WhatsSMS.io branding. You can evaluate the full platform before purchasing a paid subscription. Because you can test the service at no cost, paid purchases are treated as informed decisions.

3. No refunds on paid plans

All fees for paid plans are non-refundable. Access is granted instantly; usage is metered and consumed as soon as your subscription is active. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or credits for partial months, unused allowance, dissatisfaction, or change of mind, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

4. Digital services

Our service is non-tangible and delivered online. Once your account has access to paid capacity and platform features, the service has been supplied in line with these terms. This is standard for digital subscriptions and credit-based messaging products.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund fees already charged for the current billing period. After cancellation, your workspace may continue on the free plan subject to free-tier limits.
