Pro receives $2.00 (50 free SMS), Ultra receives $4.00 (100 free SMS), and Unlimited receives $10.00 (250 free SMS). For additional SMS, you can top up credits or upgrade at any time.
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes! Our free plan never expires and includes every feature with fair usage limits, $0.20 free monthly Global SMS credits, and WhatsSMS.io branding. No credit card required. Upgrade when you need higher limits and to remove branding.
What is the flat rate for Global SMS Gateway messages?
Our Global SMS Gateway charges a flat rate of just $0.04 USD per SMS to 200+ countries and territories worldwide without any hidden carrier surcharges or minimum commitments.
Do you offer refunds on paid plans?
No. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable. You can test the full product on the free plan before buying. Because the service is digital and delivered instantly, all fees are final except where required by law.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades are applied at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
