Affiliates Terms

1. Introduction

These Affiliates Terms ("Affiliate Terms") apply to anyone who participates in the WhatsSMS.io affiliate program ("Program") offered by Lagash Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom with company number SC826467("we", "us", "our"), in connection with WhatsSMS.io (https://whatssms.io).

By joining or continuing in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions. If anything in these Affiliate Terms conflicts with the main Terms, these Affiliate Terms govern the Program only.

2. Referral attribution and cookies

When a visitor reaches WhatsSMS.io through your affiliate referral link, we may set a first-party cookie (or use equivalent technical means we document in the product) to record that you referred them. That referral is generally attributed to you if the visitor creates a qualifying account within 90 days of the click ("attribution window"), subject to our tracking implementation, fraud checks, and last-touch rules as shown in the dashboard or help documentation.

The attribution window, cookie duration, and how conflicting referrals are resolved may be updated for technical, security, or fairness reasons. If we change the default 90-day window materially, we will use reasonable efforts to describe the change on this page or in-product.

3. Commission rates

We may advertise a standard commission (for example, 25% on qualifying purchases). We may change the commission structure, percentage, qualifying actions, or accrual rules at any time without prior notice. Any change applies prospectively unless we state otherwise. Continued participation in the Program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future earnings.

4. Termination and eligibility

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any affiliate from the Program at any time, with or without cause, and without obligation to disclose our reasons. This includes cases we deem necessary for fraud prevention, brand protection, legal compliance, or operational needs. If your participation ends, unpaid balances may be handled according to these Affiliate Terms and our internal policies at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

5. Enhanced commission opportunities

We may, at our sole discretion, offer more than the standard commission rate to affiliates who demonstrate excellent performance or who have a strong social media presence and audience fit. These arrangements are not guaranteed and are agreed case by case. If you believe you qualify, contact us to discuss possibilities—there is no automatic entitlement to a higher rate.

6. Payout methods

Subject to verification and our payout rules, you may request withdrawal of your earned commissions using methods we support from time to time, which may include:

• Payoneer
• USDT
• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• Local bank transfer (where available)

Available methods can change; we will use reasonable efforts to communicate supported options in the dashboard or documentation.

7. Minimum payout and withdrawal fees

Minimum cash withdrawal: 50 USD (or equivalent as we define in the dashboard). Amounts below the minimum remain on your affiliate balance until they reach the threshold or you use them as described below.

Cash payouts and withdrawals are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the amount being withdrawn, unless we notify you of a different rate for a specific method or promotion. Fees cover payment processing, compliance, and administration.

8. In-app credits and subscriptions

As an alternative to cash withdrawal, you may redeem your affiliate earnings toward in-app credits, or to purchase or renew a paid subscription on WhatsSMS.io, as offered in your account. Such redemptions are not subject to the minimum withdrawal amount above, and we do not apply the 10% withdrawal processing fee to these uses (unless we clearly disclose a separate fee for a specific redemption type).

9. Free accounts and earning

You do not need a paid subscription to participate in the Program or to earn commissions. Free-tier users may refer customers and accumulate earnings in line with these Affiliate Terms and any technical limits shown in the product. There is no requirement that an affiliate maintain a paid plan to receive commissions, subject to payout rules, verification, and compliance.

10. Changes to these Affiliate Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms periodically. Material changes may be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Affiliate Terms for the Program.
